Gillian McKeith says Green Stuff is great, so it must be. Right. Because she's a Real Doctor. Not a fake Doctor. Not someone who might, say, have bought her PhD from the Internet.

Because that would make her an unqualified charlatan that doesn't know actual clinical nutrition from the the left hand side of a banana.

...sorry, I appear to have broken my sarcasmometer.

I wish I could make a living shouting at people and selling "Raw and unprocessed wild blue green algae" though.
